Nava Chandi Homam in Hyderabad is performed daily. The puja duration is 7-8 hours. Typically, eight to ten priests will be performing this puja. During this ritual, nine Parayanams will be performed. Chandi is the manifestation of the Goddess Sakthi. The priests will perform Chandi Parayanam before the Homam. Anyone can perform this puja regardless of their age. We perform individual pujas at this temple. We don’t perform group pujas or Samuhika pujas. We provide all the required puja articles for this ritual. Thirteen chapters make up a complete Devi Mahatmyam, which could take many hours to finish. We perform 9 Parayanams during this puja. All your family members can participate in this homam.

Instructions to be followed
- Women can participate in this puja after the fifth day of their menstrual cycle.
- If there is any death in the family, one should perform the puja after 3 months.
- One should stop consuming non-veg and alcohol for another 11 days after the puja.
- Three days before the puja, one should abstain from alcohol and non-vegetarian foods.

The Durga Sapthasathi, Devi Mahatmayam, or Chandi Path is chanted during the Nava Chandi Homam. On the day of Maha Navami, the Nava Chandi Homam is typically performed throughout Vasantha Navaratri and Sharada Navaratri/Durga Puja. This Homam is traditionally performed in the evenings for the best results. It is advisable to perform this puja on Panchami, Sapthami, Dasami, Dwadasi, and Purnima. We advise performing this puja on Fridays.
Navchandi Yagna and Paath include detailed steps to receive blessings from all nine forms of Maa Durga and to fulfill our wishes for a healthier, better, and wealthier life. Navchandi Homam is a ritual that involves reciting Saptashati mantras to grant our wishes and end all sorrow. Maa Shakti, a manifestation of Maa Durga, is the focus of the first section. The remaining chapters are devoted to Maa Saraswati, while the second, third, and fourth sections honor Goddess Maha Laxmi.
