Counter Timings: 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. Daily.
It is a free registration process and the devotee can pay the room rent and caution deposit after receiving the confirmation SMS. Earlier, room allotment registration is available only at the CRO office. Now, TTD had set up six new registration centres in Tirumala for easy allotment.
Six new Room allocation counters in Tirumala for Offline Room Booking
- GNC tollgate near luggage Centre
- Two counters each at Balaji bus station
- Kausthubham rest house
- Ram Bhagicha rest house
- MBC besides the CRO.
Tirumala Room allotment new procedure for Offline Booking
- The devotee can enrol at any of the above-mentioned counters for the offline room allotment.
- The devotee can leave the counter after registration
- Photo ID proof is mandatory for the room registration procedure.
- An SMS confirmation will be sent on the devotee’s enrolled mobile number stating Sub enquiry details.
- The devotee can now pay one-day room rent and one-day rent as the refundable caution deposit at the Sub enquiry office.
- Photo ID proof will be verified before the allotment.
- Room Keys will be provided at the Sub enquiry office.
- The caution deposit will be refunded after checking the stay duration.
- Rooms are not allotted for unmarried or unrelated couples.
- In the current booking, the devotee gets registered at any one of these registration counters.
- The devotee will receive the SMS on the registered mobile number along with the name of the sub-enquiry office for the room allotment.
TTD has appealed to devotees to make use of the new facilities available at these counters.
Tirumala Room allotment new procedure for Online Booking
- Room allotment will be done at Alipiri Tollgate for the devotees who reach Tirumala by Ghat road
- The devotees who booked Tirumala accommodation online have to scan their ARP slips at Alipiri tollgate, Alipiri footpath and Srivarimettu footpath routes.
- The devotees who prefer to reach Tirumala by Ghatroad will get an SMS on their registered mobile number within 30 minutes along with the name of the Sub-Enquiry office
- The room will be allotted by showing SMS and booking receipt.
- For the devotees, the accommodation allotment message will be sent in three hours for the Alipiri Mettu path and Srivarimettu in one hour.
- The pilgrim can approach the allotted sub-enquiry office, by showing the SMS and getting the allotted room.
