Temple Darshan, Pooja and Sevas Information Infoirmation Website Annabhisheka Mahotsavam in Kapila Theertham
As a part of the month long religious homams that are taking place in the Lord Shiva temple at Kapilateertham in Tirupati, the famous ritual of “ Annabhisheka Mahotsavam ” will take place in the shrine on November 6, in connection with the auspicious Karthika Pournami.
The ritual begins with Suddhodaka Abhishekam between 11.30am to 12noon which will be performed in Ekanta followed by the ceremonious Annabhishekam from 12 noon till 2.30pm. The devotees can have the rare darshan of “Anna linga” from 4pm to 6pm.
Following this ritual there will be sarva darshan to pilgrim devotees from 5 A.M Till 11 A.M and 9.30 P.M Till 10 P.M.
