Hope Island Kakinada stretches over an area of 715 acres and is reachable by boat. This land space was naturally created by the sand drifting and is 500 years old. 23 Km long Sand beaches attract tourists. 45 mins journey from Kakinada in the ocean. Journey Ticket cost Rs.200 per person from Kakinada. It is 16 km from Kakinada shore. Olive Ridley Sea turtles lay eggs in this sand beaches.
Coringa Wildlife Sanctuary is 6 Nautical miles away from Hope Island. Hope Island protects Kakinada from cyclones and is a natural haven for sailors against the forces of wind and tide against the weary traveller. Visitors to Hope Island will be presented with excellent views of the bay and the opportunity to explore the many protected species of plants and animals which grow and flourish there.

Morning Hours: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Afternoon Hours: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Online booking is not available for boat booking. It is on arrival ticket purchase at the counter. Only APTDC Boats are available for transportation.
