Time table ను prescribe చేసి ఏ నెలో ఎంతమంది vip లు వచ్చారు, ఎవరు ఎన్నిసార్లు వచ్చారు etc వివరాలు public domain and ttd website లో ఉంచాలి. మరియు అసలైన సామాన్య పేద భక్తులకు అత్యధిక ప్రాాధాన్యత కల్పించాలి.
ముఖ్యంగా vip లను పండుగ రోజులో మరియూ weekend holidays allow చెయ్యకూడదు. వారికి మంగళవారం మరియు అమావశ్య etc odd days ను allot చేసి సామాన్య భక్తులకు పెద్దపీట వెయ్యాలి.
