Sringeri Marriage Procedure

1. The bride must be 18 years and above
2. Groom must be 21 years and above.
3. The bride/ Groom and their parents Must be Hindus.
4. Parents must be present at the time of marriage. Relatives can perform marriage during their parent’s absence.
5. Valid documents are required for the parent’s absence.
6. The trust manager has all rights to cancel the booking if found irrelevant.

Marriage Hall Booking

1. 3 months advance booking is required as halls are limited
2. The bride and Groom must submit their Aadhaar Cards and their parent’s Aadhaar Cards.
3. Hall Rent is to be paid at the time of booking.
4. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations as the trust pays for it.
5. Postpone/ Pre-pone is not available.

Sringeri Marriage Hall Facilities

1. Seating Arrangement is readily available.
2. Marriage Hall, Electricity and Water supply provided.
3. Food Arrangement: Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks to be paid for extra
4. Lighting Decoration, Marriage Hall Decoration, Puja Samagri, Reception stage decoration, Purohit, Nadaswaram etc will be charged.

Marriage Registration Procedure

1. The manager will be issuing the receipt on providing valid documents.
2. Registration will be performed at SMC by submitting a Marriage Invitation card, and Aadhaar Cards.
3. Parents must present at the time of registration.
4. The Hall receipt can be used for registration even in their home town.
