Seems like this is misleading information. I tired calling the number and they directed me to call TTD information center. TTD have clearly said they used to perform this earlier but not anymore. So there is no way for performing Shastipoorthi in Tirumala. I’m searching for way for my father for coming Aug. Will update any information if I find helpful.
