Is it possible to give thulabharam at the foothill? Thulabharam is available at the top of the hill or at foot hill?

Yes you can get that at the temple counter, from 6 am to 8.45 pm and it cost you Rs 10

you need to bring the flowers on your own, temple is not providing anything. from morning 6am to 8.30 pm you can perform thulabaram.
