Yes sir, you can get a room as long as you hold a seva ticket. It might take 2-3 hours for allotment.

I have a senior citizen who cannot walk much and hence looking for a room in Tirumala. Kindly help to confirm if i visit CRO office on 2nd Apr 2026 with a seva ticket. Will i be getting a room in Tirumala? Also is there a separate queue for people with seva tickets for room booking?

Madam,
Room allotment takes time at the CRO office in Tirumala. Enroll for room allotment and try for rooms at Mutts. There are many mutts in Tirumala, where you can get rooms easily. Try to be little early in the morning, as mutt rooms will be available after 11 a.m.

Daily, SSD tokens will be issued for the next day’s darshan. The counter opens at 3 p.m. Room allottment will be performed at CRO office in Tirumala.
