These are special Safaris and high paid. Lunch and Breakfast will be served during the Safari.

Tourists can go for Canter Safari as well. It is an open Canter with 20 seating capacity+ 1 Guide + 1 Driver.

This fort was built during the reign of Maharaja Jayanta in 5th Century AD. Yadavas ruled this region till they were expelled by Prithviraj Chauhan in 12th Century AD. Hammir Deo was the powerful ruler who ruled this region during 1282 – 1301 AD. Hammir Deo bravely fought against Allauddin Khilji. In 1301 AD, Sultans of Delhi occupied the fort. Later this came under the rule of Rana Sanga during 1509 – 1527 AD.

Fort was built 481 mt above the sea level and occupies 12 km of area. This is the 2nd largest fort in Rajasthan.

The forest of Ranthambore is a dry deciduous type. It is recorded that 300 species of trees located in this park. Few of them are Dhok, Pipal, Banyan, Mango, Imli, Dhak, Blackberry, Kadam, Khair, Khajur, Neem, Mahua, Kakera, Babul etc. There are 50 aquatic plants in the park. Ranthambore is known for the Tiger population. There are about 30 mammals, 275 birds and 12 reptiles which include Marsh crocodile and Amphibians. This park is inhabited with Tigers, Leopards, Panthers, Jungle cats, sloth bear, antelopes, hyenas, spotted deer, stags, Mongoose, Indian Hare, monitor lizards, crocodiles, wild boars etc.

Commonly noticed birds are the Black-naped monarch, stork billed kingfisher, Brown Shrike, Mottled wood owl, Golden-fronted leaf bird, Blue beard bee-eater, Lora, Green Sandpiper, Wooly necked Stork Purple Sunbird, Chestnut-bellied Nuthatch, a Longtail Shrike.
