We are planning for L2 dhrsanam on 13/04/2019, and I have letter from OFFIER OF TELANGAN CM, is their baby restriction on that day to get dhrsanam.

I got the recommendation letter from AP Minister for L2 Darshan on 18th March 2019.

Could you please let me know wether this will suffice for the Darshan ?
