During Weekdays, Mon -Tue-Wed-Thu-Fri, Rooms can be booked easily. If it weekend, Crowd will be high so and it goes on First-Cum-First-Serve basis.
Trinetra Guest House has 28 rooms, of which 8 are Non Ac rooms 20 are Ac rooms.
Rooms are well maintained and provides basic amenities TV, geyser, Cot and Bed, Blankets and other basic amenities were available. Food facility is not available.

1. Plan to perform pooja anytime between 9:30 am – 12 pm.
2. No need to leave clothes
3. Rahu Ketu Kala Sarpa Dosha Nivarana Pooja will do.
Please follow this procedure
1) After taking head bath at home or room, reach Temple to perform Abhishekam with Milk to the Idols at Rudra Padam ( which is 100 ft from Pathala Ganapathi Temple) and do 3 Pradakshinam to the Idols after abhishekam. http://gotirupati.com/rudra-padam-sri-kalahasti-temple/
3) After Abhishekam, purchase Rahu Ketu Pooja Tickets over the counter.
4) After Rahu Ketu Kala Sarpa Dosha Nivarana pooja, please offer 2 -3 meal packets to the poor in the streets.
5) One should fast till they complete this Pooja. One can have liquid foods if required.

7) Now you are good to start Home.

1. You can perform this pooja even with Normal pant and shirt which will not be a problem.Dhoti and Saree is optional
2. Yes, sprinkle milk on the Idols at Rudra Padam and perform 3 pradakshinam

Advance booking is not available. Rooms will be allotted on arrival to the pilgrims. Bhakta Kanappa Sadan is a newly built cottage with all amenities. This sadan is located in the Sannidhi Street which is right next to the temple. It will not cost more than Rs.300 for a day

As i am visiting srikalahasti on 30of july late evening for kal sarp dosh pooja
i want to know about the timings of the pooja on 31 of july itself as my flight is scheduled on 31 of july at 7p.m from chennai .
my query is regarding the time taken to perform pooja and it can be perform only in rahoo kall or at any time ,is it possible for me to catch my flight as scheduled.

You can perform pooja anytime at your convenience. It is not mandatory to perform pooja in Rahu Kaal time. Pooja will take 40 mins + 30 mins for Darshan. 30 mins to purchase ticket at the counter. All together you would need 2 hours for Ticket + Pooja + Darshan.
It will take 3 hours – 3 hours 30 mins to reach Chennai. So perform pooja little early and start to chennai.
