Maredumilli forest Trip

It takes 8 hours to cover all the places in the forest. Two Wheelers and Four Wheelers are allowed inside. No separate fees to be paid for the vehicles. No parking fees for the vehicles. Restaurant available inside for the tourists. After Pine Trees, the route continues to Bhadrachalam. Special permission is required from this point. Wildlife starts from this point and is 17 km from the entrance. Best time to visit is during the Rainy season. Oct, Nov and Dec months is the best time to visit this place.

Jungle Star Night Camp

It costs Rs.4000 for 2 adults and Rs.6000 for 4 adults. Cost includes Accommodation, Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast and Fire camp. Room check-in at 12:00 pm and checkout at 12:00 pm. 8 rooms are available at this Camp. Trekking at early hours will be conducted by the staff which takes 2.5 hours walking in the deep forest. Trekking costs Rs.100 to Rs.200. Advance booking is required for the stay. The Jungle Star Camp is located at the meeting point of Valamuru River and three other streams. It is believed that the hill Vali-Sugreeva Konda acted as the battleground for Vaali and Sugreeva during Tretha Yuga.
