Kedarnath Abhishek

Abhishek will be performed daily on opening days. Advance booking is not required. Ticket to be purchased at the counter for the same day Abhishek. Devotees are allowed to perform the Pooja with their own hands. Any decent outfit will be fine to perform the Abhishek.

Maha Abhishek, Rudrabhishek, Laghu Rudra Abhishek will not be performed during May and Jun months.

By Air

  1. The nearest international airport is at Jolly Grant which is 260 km away.

By Train

  1. The nearest railway station is at Rishikesh which is 263 km away.

By Road

  1. It is journey thru Haridwar and Rishikesh. From Rishikesh, the temple is 221 km away which passes thru mountains.
  2. From GauriKund temple is 14 km away. From GauriKund, it is by walk, or by mules or by person lifting.
