<p>Ganagapur Temple History, Timings, Darshan and Puja details</p>



<p>Nirguna Paduka&nbsp; (A pair of Sandals) of Shri Narasimha Sarasvati is available here, an incarnation of Dattatreya. Shri Narasimha Sarasvati entered Samadhi in 1458 AD. Ganagapur is also called by Gandharvapur, Gangabhavan etc. A small opening in the wall gives a sight of the image. The small opening is covered with silver plate frame. The Vignahar Chintaman Idol was installed by the Guru during his visit. Entry is restricted to enter Garbha Griha which has Nirguna Paduka and Dattatreya Image.</p>



<p>There is an interesting story attached to Ashvatha tree located outside Mutt. It is said that Brahmarakshas had made this tree as his abode. It is Guru Datta who presented him Moksha and removed the fear from the people.</p>



<p>A holy dip in the Bhima Tirth gives equal benefits of taking bath in Prayag. The confluence of Bhima and Amaraja Rivers is treated and is equal to Kashi, Prayag and Gaya.&nbsp;Temple is located 50 miles to the south of Sholapur</p>



<p>Important Festival days</p>



<p>15th and 16th day of Karthika month will be celebrated in a grand, A Pallaki Seva is performed from temple to Bhim and Amaraja confluence.</p>

<p>Pallaki Seva Timings: 8:00 pm &#8211; 8:30 pm. Ticket Cost: Rs.550</p>



<p>Special Darshan Ticket Cost: Rs.330</p>



<p>The above-mentioned timings might change on special days.</p>
