I would like to bring to your notice a serious issue faced by me regarding my booking at Shankumitta Rest House, Tirupati.

I had made a booking for your rest house and paid an amount of ₹25,000/- in advance. After making the payment, I was confirmed by your representatives through the following mobile numbers that my booking was successfully confirmed:

Based on this confirmation, I visited Tirupati on 02.02.26 and reached your hotel. To my utter shock, I was informed that there is no booking available in my name. This caused extreme inconvenience, mental stress, and financial loss, especially since the booking was confirmed after full payment.

Denying accommodation despite confirmed booking and payment is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

The rush is very minimal during weekdays. There’s no need to be concerned about room allocation. It might take 30 to 40 minutes for the allotment.

We are 13 people reaching Tirumala on 29th May 2025 by early morning .We got darshan tickets for 29th evening at 4pm slot. But unable to get any accomodation. Would like to take guest house accomodation . at least needs two rooms or cottages Kindly advise

I want to book a room in Sanku Mitta Cottage for 16 June to 17 june. Also help me with the distance between the sanku mitta cottage and the balaji temple. Because there are reviews of the visitors that it is only 3 mins. Distance by walk.
