Dear Mangala,

1) If it is pre-booked ticket then it takes 1 hour waiting time before allowing pilgrims into Darshan line. It takes 1 hour 45 mins to complete Darshan.
2) For Suprabhatham it is only lucky dip booking http://gotirupati.com/tirumala-arjitha-seva-tickets-lucky-dip-booking/

You are doing a great Seva to pilgrims, Please help us understand,
(1) These days with the reporting time printed on the ticket, approximately how many compartments it takes to move on and the time duration (normally)
(2) Current Booking – Is there any facility to book Suprapatham Seva, (probably for the next day) as Vijaya Bank counter opens at 9am only.
