It is good to start next day morning at 3 am. Darshan will take 3-4 hours max.
Dress code
Please wear
Men: White Pancha, Dhoti/ Kurta,Pyjama.
Female: Saree with blouse/ Punjabi Dress with Dupatta / Chudidhar with Dupatta/ Half saree

I intend to start from Madurai on 15th June 2016 and reach tirupathi same day by 4pm. Also am planning to walk the foothills of Tirupathi along with family without kids. Is it advisable to start in evening by around 5pm or start early next day by around 3 AM? How long will it take to trek the mountain and what would be the expected waiting period for Dharshan on 16th June(Thursday) 2016.
Is it ok to wear formal pants and shirt for the dharshan?
