Dear sir,
you have to reach vykuntam queue complex at tirumala from a.t.c parking which is opposite to main busstand before one hour you have to reach there to report your time slot which is avail in your ticket so that you can complete your dharshan within 3 hours, after dharshan you can avail 2 laddus with one ticket at laddu counter
