you can do the milk abhishekam at rudra padam which is outside the temple sir you can perform the rudrabhishekam at main temple

Can you please tell me about ksheerabhishekam? Is it done on sarpam with milk? Should we bring milk from outside? Do they allow this? I am planning to do on a Saturday or Sunday. Please let me know the detail. Thanks
