Sir,
We have booked accommodation on 10th March and as per the new rule we have entered names and ID numbers of 2 pilgrims viz my brother in law and my sister.But unfortunately my brother in law cannot come with us..Can we avail the accommodation by showing my sister’s ID proof??Please note that my brother in law’s name is the first name appearing on the accommodation receipt
