Dear sir,in our family all members are booked kalyanothsavam Seva except my 2 grand parents.quota is full they did not get tickets sir please they both are seniors can attend are wat can we get kalyanothsavam ticket Seva for them in tirumala please reply or by any other way

You can get the tickets through the lucky dip bookings or through the reccomendation letters you can get the abhishekam tickets.
