Marriage Location: Outside Temple, Kanipakam.

Kanipakam Temple Marriage Procedure

1. The Bride should be 18 years and above.
2. The Groom should be 21 years and above
3. The Bride’s family and Groom’s Family Should be Hindus
4. Only Hindu arranged marriages are allowed at Kanipakam Temple.
5. Inter-caste Arranged marriages are allowed at this temple
6. Love marriages without parents’ acceptance or presence will not be considered.
7. Simple, Samhuika and group marriages are performed outside the temple in a Mandapam.
8. Depending on the Muhurtham, the marriage will be performed individually or as a Group.
9. The marriage enrollment process opens on the 30th day of the marriage date.
10. One has to submit all required documents in advance for the enrollment process.
11. Required Pooja Samagri has to be purchased on their own.
12. Rooms have to be booked separately.
13. Kindly note that Mandapam decoration, catering services etc will not be allowed.

Required Documents for Simple Marriage

1. Bride and Groom’s Aadhar Cards photocopies
2. Bride parents and Groom parent’s Aadhar Cards photocopies
3. Bride and Groom’s Ration Card photocopies
4. Bride and Groom’s 10th mark sheet or Birth Certificate photocopies

Kanipakam Temple Marriage Hall Booking Procedure

1. he Bride should be 18 years and above.
2. The Groom should be 21 years and above
3. The Bride’s family and Groom’s Family Should be Hindus
4. Only Hindu arranged marriages are allowed at Kanipakam Temple.
5. Inter-caste Arranged marriages are allowed at this temple
6. Love marriages without parents’ acceptance or presence will not be considered.
7. Marriage hall cost varies from Rs.16000 to Rs.18000
8. Hall will be allotted from 3.00 pm to 12.00 pm (approx)
9. A total of Four marriage halls are available for the booking
10. Two halls are located near the temple and two are at Tollgate.
11. Hall capacity varies from 50 Pax to 200 Pax.
12. Two Rooms and a Marriage hall will be allotted for the marriage.
13. Additional rooms have to be booked on their own.
14. All marriage halls are Non-Ac.
15. Hall Decoration, Catering services, Purohit, Pooja Samagri, Sannai Melam/ Nadaswaram etc will be charged additionally.
16. Electricity and Water charges might be charged additionally after the usage.

Marriage Registration Procedure

1. A receipt from the Temple authority stating marriage details
2. Wedding Invitation Card
3. Newlywed Couples Aadhar Cards Photocopies
4. Three Witnesses along with their Aadhar Cards photocopies
5. Marriage Photos
