Arjitha Sevas Booking Recommendation Letter Procedure

1) Recommendation Letters from  Chief minister, Governor, State minister’s, Central ministers, Supreme Court judges, High Court Judges, Top bureaucrats, T.T.D Chairman, T.T.D E.O, T.T.D J.E.O and so on. should be addressed to Executive Office or Joint-Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, Tirumala.

2) While submitting Recommendation Letter at J.E.O camp office, One should provide finger prints , active mobile number. and Photocopy of ID proof should be submitted.

3) 12 pm is the cutoff time, Letters received will be processed for the next day Seva

4) If recommendation letter request is approved, then SMS will be delivered to the registered mobile number on the same day evening.

5) After receiving SMS , Pilgrim should display SMS and Photo ID proof at MBC 34.

6) Ticket will be issued using bio-metric system (finger prints) so that it is not transferable.

7) Please note that there is no cancellation or postponement of seva tickets.

Using Recommendation letter, One can avail, Poorabhishekam, Vastralankara Seva ( Mel chat vastram), Suprabhatham, Thomala Seva, Tiruppavada, Kalyanotsavam, Nijapada Darshanam, Sahasra Kalasabhishekam and other major sevas.

Seva tickets are allotted under current booking. Most of these sevas are not listed in online booking or lucky dip booking.

Arjitha Sevas Dress Code

Male: White Pancha, Dhoti / White Kurta, Py Jama

Female: Saree with Blouse/ Punjabi Dress with Dupatta / Chudidhar with Dupatta/ Half Saree ( Langa Voni)

What if you don’t receive SMS?

1) At the time of Letter submission at J.E.O Camp office,  you will be provide with Reference Number related to letter acceptance and enrollment.

2) If the SMS is not received in-time, then you can check either check at J.E.O Camp by 5:30 pm , if no one is available at J.E.O Camp Office then you can check for Break Darshan status at MBC 34 counter itself.

      Usually sevas tickets will be approved for 2 persons (husband and wife) why because there will be many letters for the sevas.

      Dear Shreyashi roy,

      Yes, it works for seva tickets. If you are planning to get recommendation then try for VIP L1 Break darshan ticket. Seva tickets allotment purely depends on the number of recommendations on a particular day.

      VIP Break darshan L1 type is equivalent to Suprabhatham seva.

      If you plan for 1st feb then it will work easily. As TTD is planning to remove Lucky dip process from 1st feb onward, all these tickets can be availed using Recommendation letter.

      Dear Sir,

      Yes, you need to submit letter on 17th Mar before 12 pm at JEO camp office in person. Please carry photocopies of ID proof as well.

      Tickets should be collected at MBC 34 on the same day before 8 pm.

      It will not work as you need to provide finger prints at JEO camp office while submitting letter

    Is that we have to pay 12,500 Rs. along with recommendation letter from minister.? If so , we didn’t get the message means what we have to do?

    Is Telangana state ministers letters are acceptable?

    I heard that we can purchase the vastras which were decored to lord balaji.. and that where we have to buy those and for what cost.

      For Vastralankara seva, A.P minister or State CS letter will work for that. Amount to be paid only after receiving confirmation. Enrollment is free.

      Dear Sir,

      All these annual sevas will be normal darshan only. As Seva will be performed to processional deities followed by Darshan. For Seva Darshan,
      It should be Suprabhatham, Archana, Thomala, Astadala Pada Padmaradhanamu or Nijapada Darshanam. These are best sevas in Tirumala.

      May month sevas quota will be released online on 1st Apr at 11 am

      Dear Sir,

      One Letter will apply for one seva ticket only. Letter should state the Seva date. Letter will be submitted at JEO camp office so you can’t claim the letter again. Please use minister letter for Poorabhishekam on Friday, VIP Break Darshan L1 type, Tiruppavada, Sahasra Kalasbhishekam.
      Try to get 2 – 3 letters for different dates. Once you provide fingerprints at JEO camp office you are not eligible for other sevas for the same day.

      Yes, accommodation will be provided as well for the recommendaiton letter, but it should be stated in the letter.

      Minister may not work for Poorabhishekam. Governor or Chief minister will work Poorabhishekam. When comes to Melchat Vastram it is definitely from CM only. Sure, I will get format for you today.

      I really doubt if MLA or MLC letter works for Seva tickets. It usually works for Minister letters. Please use the letter for Break Darshan.
      Letter should include Main person name (who is going to submit letter) and count of remaining persons. It should state VIP Break Darshan.

      Vastralankara Seva may be issued for CM,governor, High Court an Supreme Court Judges, Senior IAS… but you can try for Opposition leader. These tickets are limited so continuous recommendation letters from high cadres.
      Any letter format will be considered.
      Letter should state MelchatVastralankara Seva. Two person names.

      Yes, 2 persons allowed on 2 Seva tickets. Yes, TTD board member and central minister letter works for Poorabhishekam. On a letter 2 persons can attend.

        We wish to come to tirumala on 6th and 7th October. Please clarify the following.

        1. If I get Tamilnadu State Minister recommendation letter , will it be sufficient for Poorabishekam?

        2. Tamilnadu state minister letter allowed for Nijapada dharshan and L1 dharshan on 7th ( The month being Purattasi ?)

        3. If I get letter from Deputy collector of Tamilnadu district, will it be sufficient for Poorabishekam?

        4. Can 3 adults and 2 children allowed for one recommendation letter? Or should I get 2 different letters?

        5. If I use recommendation letter for friday dharshan.. Can the main person alone come thursday morning before 12 p.m with the i.d cards of other members and others can come late that evening to Tirumala?

          1. I really doubt if State minsiter letter works for Poorabhishekam. But it works for Break Darshan
          2. yes, it may work for Nijapada Darshan on 7th
          3. Is there a possibility for you to get letter from TTD board member by using the references?
          4. Letter works for 2 Adults if it is Seva ticket. Break Darshan will not be available during Brahmotsavam. Recommendation letter works for 4 adults if it is Break Darshan. Children under 12 years don’t need Darshan tickets.
          5. Yes, one person should submit letter on Thu for Fri abhishekam.

          It would be nice if you plan after 11th Oct so that Brahmotsavam will be over by the time and you will better chance.
          6. MLA/MP letter may work for accommodation. I will check on this if it works during Brahmotsavam or not

    I have MP’s Recommendation letter on 1st November 2017 for 5 members, can you please let me know what time i need to produce this letter and where.

    Also what kind of Dharsan I will get and can I get accommodation also.

      HI Sir,

      a day before you need to submit the letter at JEO office and by evening you can get the tickets at MBC 34 and if accomadations are mentioned in that letter then you can get the room.

      On arrival a day before you need to submit the letter at JEO office before 11 am and by evening you can collect the tickets at MBC 34 for next day darshan

      It costs around 12000 rs for and it will available through the lucky dip bookings or else you can try through the reccomendation letters.
